These siblings are the most popular pair among idols. Jessica and Krystal Jung were under the same label before, SM Entertainment. Jessica was once a member of the group Girls’ Generation (SNSD), who debuted in 2007, and Krystal was a member of the girl-group f(x). These sisters were scouted in a mall in South Korea during their family vacation and joined the SM Entertainment training system in 2000. They were born and come from San Fransicso, California. They even had a reality-variety show in 2014, called Jessica & Krystal . The show displayed the Jung sisters’ real lifestyle. Until now they are always showing love and support for each other on their social media, and also spending time together.
#2 Sandara Park & Park Sang-hyun
Park Sanghyun, known as Thunder, is a former member of MBLAQ who moved his career to Mystic Entertainment. Meanwhile, Sandara Park, also known as Dara, is a former member of 2NE1, under YG Entertainment. They were both born in Busan, South Korea, and grew up in the Philippines. #3 AKMU’s Chanyuk & Suhyun
These talented siblings were the winners of K-Pop Star Season 2 and then signed to YG Entertainment. They are singer-songwriters who lived in Mongolia for five years with their parents before becoming entertainers. Chanyuk sings and plays guitar and Suhyun is also a singer. They successfully became famous stars in the K-Pop industry now, after going to South Korea to just try their luck in a talent search and winning the contest.
#4 Boyfriends’ Kwangmin & Youngmin
Kwangmin and Youngmin are twins who were born 6 minutes apart. Kwangmin and Youngmin become members of the boy-band called Boyfriend under Starship Entertainment in 2011. They were trained under JYP Entertainment for two years before debuting. From a source, the twins were onceasked about their relationship. Kwangmin and Youngmin said, “While being active as singers, we tend to rely on each other. We know about each other’s voices very well, so we share musical advice with each other.” Youngmin added, “I had a lot of difficulties before and after my debut, but just knowing that my brother is in the same group comforts me. It’s because no matter what issues I face, I know that I’ll have at least one person who is always on my side.” They also revealed their future dreams. The twins said, “We once acted as antagonists before. We still have a desire to act. We also want to release an album together.” Their group was disbanded on May 17, 2019.
#5 Kim Jae-kyung & N.Flying’s Jaehyun
Jae-kyung is a Rainbow member and her younger brother is a member of N.Flying. Jae-kyung was first debuted when her brother, Jaehyun, was still a trainee. When she was finally debuted, her brother become more respectful of her. They often spend time together with their family and there are some photos capturing a special event with their mother.
#6 Han Sun-hwa & Victon’s Seungwoo
Han Sun Hwa is a former member of Secret who has now become an artist, and her brother, Seungwoo ,was participant in Produce X 101 and has now become a member of Victon, under the label Plan A Entertainment, in 2016. Han Sun hwa is always supportive to her brother in his entertainment journey. She uploaded a photo in her social media and wrote in the caption, “You did well, younger brother. Both of you, good job. Byung Chan, Seung Woo.”
#7 Ryu Hwa-young & Ryu Hyo-young
Hwa-young is a former member of T-Ara and her twin, Hyo-young, is former Coed School and, later, and ex-member of F-ve Dolls under MBK Entertainment. Ryu Hyo-young was the oldest. Hyo-young was supposed to debut with her twin sister in T-ara but she was cut before debut and joined Coed School, instead. They were both involved in bullying scandals with Han Areum, a T-ara member, at the time.
#8 Crayon Pop’s Choa & Way
Way and Choa was former members of Crayon Pop, under Chrome Entertainment. The twin sisters are ex-members of a girl band who has electro pop and disco pop music styles, with an unusual dance style and catchy tunes. One of their popular songs was Bar Bar Bar. The sisters have become YouTubers and sharing their twin activity now. Recently, Way revealed her experience of being K-pop Idol on the YouTube channel Asian Boss.
#9 Girl’s Day’s Minah & Wanna.B’s Lina
Lina from Wanna B is elder sister to Minah from Girl’s Day. They were guests on the Happy Together 3 episode that was a sister’s special on August 27, 2017. While they were on the show, they were sharing their funny experiences together as sisters. Once, Lina was performing in I Can See Your Voice 4, where she sang “Something” by Girl’s Day. Eventually, Minah was there as a guest appearance to perform the song with her.
